If cancellation appears due to limitation of quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, errors in product or pricing information, Bestiale shall contact the client by email and/or by phone within 1 business day. If additional information is required for your order, Bestiale shall contact the client by phone and/or by email. Please be sure that the contact information is correct. If the contact information is incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you order a product, you will be charged through your method of payment when the order is submitted. When the order is complete, you will receive an email. Prices and shipping costs are subject to change at any time because of exchange rates, shipping costs, manufacturer price changes etc.

Bestiale LLC strives to ship orders within 1 business day of receiving the order. Shipping times may vary depending on the content of your order. Bestiale does not ship partial orders unless requested by the customers, at which time additional shipping charges may apply. Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages. All shipping times are based on our current business hours and the shipping company business hours. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
Returns and Exchanges
Bestiale will accept returns for unused items within 15 calendar days of the date it was received by the client. All products must be unused and must be in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc. If the item is marked as non-returnable in the listing, we cannot accept a return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees. Shipping is nonrefundable in either direction unless approved by Bestiale. No items are returnable after 15 calendar days. Please contact us to request a return.
If you wish to return a product that does not fit your vehicle and you feel that there is an error in our listing, please contact us and we will find a mutual solution. If the item is modified, installed, or altered in any form, we cannot accept it as a return. We will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation.
Clients are responsible for checking the product application guide prior to ordering any product(s) to verify that it is appropriate for your vehicle. To ensure that you are ordering the correct products you must select your vehicle prior to ordering.

Some of the products offered on our site may be for off-road use only. It is the responsibility of the customer to check with all federal, state, local and/or environmental laws prior to ordering and installing a product. Bestiale LLC is not responsible for any fees, fines or costs that a client may incur because of any of the above.
All products come with the warranty by the manufacturer as stated on the product listing. Certain products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up by professional service centers only. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping cost other than by our own mistake of incorrect shipping. Any item that is altered or changed from its original state, cannot be returned or receive warranty support. The warranty of a product is facilitated by Bestiale; however, we can only enforce the manufactures decisions.
By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a car. When you add an aftermarket part to the car, the aftermarket part will void the warranty of ONLY the stock part it is replacing.
Vehicle compliance waiver
All tuning products are for race use only. After an order is submitted, each client should sign a vehicle compliance waiver (send via email) before we ship the order. The order will be shipped only after the waiver is signed which may cause a delay in receiving the product.
Damaged Items during shipping
All damaged items must be reported to Bestiale within 3 business days of receiving your order.
If you receive a damaged product, please do the following:
- Before signing for the product inspect the box carefully and note any damages with the carrier before signing for it
- Immediately contact us
- Keep the product with its original packaging and box
- Make a list of damaged and lost item(s)
- We will find a mutually acceptable solution
If Bestiale is not notified within 3 business days of receiving the package, replacement products will not be shipped out under any circumstances. Failure to report missing items from an order before forwarding, re-shipping or transferring the shipment to another location will result in immediate claim denial.
If you do not receive your package and the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered you must notify us within 3 business days of the marked delivery date so that we can initiate the process with the carrier. Bestiale does not guarantee that any packages will be credited by the shipping carrier until this process is complete. Bestiale will not provide refunds for any lost packages/shipping charges under any circumstances, this is the responsibility of the shipping company.
